Avia Mobile Auto was built around a simple idea: vehicle owners deserve fast, reliable service without the stress of traditional shops or long roadside wait times.
 

We are a locally operated mobile auto care and roadside assistance service based in Omaha, Nebraska. Our goal is to provide convenient, professional vehicle support directly at your location with a focus on speed, transparency, and customer experience.
 

Services may include roadside assistance, maintenance, diagnostics, battery replacement, brake service, and other mobile vehicle support offerings depending on technician availability and equipment.
 

We proudly serve Omaha and surrounding areas with responsive service and straightforward pricing.




 

Section 2: Policies & Expectations
 

Dispatch Payments, Quotes & Scheduling

Roadside Assistance Requests

A non-refundable dispatch payment may be required before a roadside technician is assigned. This payment helps cover technician mobilization, travel time, and dispatch operations.

If a request is canceled within 5 minutes of submission, the payment may be eligible for a refund. After 5 minutes, dispatch payments are generally non-refundable once technician preparation or travel has begun.
 

Auto Care Quotes

Auto care quote requests do not guarantee service availability or final pricing. Estimates provided online, over the phone, or through messaging are preliminary and may change based on vehicle condition, required parts, labor complexity, or additional issues discovered during inspection.

A member of our team may contact you for additional information, photos, or scheduling confirmation before service is approved.
 

Scheduling & Arrival Times

Estimated arrival and appointment times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, traffic, prior service delays, parts availability, or circumstances outside our control.
 

Service Limitations & Safety

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, hazardous, hostile, illegal, or may place our technicians, customers, vehicles, or equipment at risk.
 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide accurate vehicle information and cooperate with reasonable safety instructions during service. Technicians reserve the right to pause, relocate, or refuse service if conditions are determined to be unsafe.

For roadside tire changes, customers must provide:

  • A usable spare tire

  • Any required wheel lock or lug nut keys

Failure to provide necessary equipment may prevent service completion.
 

Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Avia Mobile Auto is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures, worn components, aftermarket modifications, rust-related failures, seized parts, prior improper repairs, or hidden damage discovered during service.

Some repairs or maintenance procedures may reveal unrelated mechanical issues that were not previously visible or diagnosable.
 

Owner Authorization

By requesting service, the customer confirms they are the vehicle owner or have authorization to approve work performed on the vehicle.

Technicians may request identification, proof of ownership, or vehicle registration before performing certain services including lockouts, key-related services, battery replacement, diagnostics, or roadside assistance.
 

Mechanical Limitations & Liability

Diagnostic Limitations

Vehicle symptoms described by the customer do not guarantee a specific diagnosis. Additional issues may exist beyond the originally reported concern.
 

Jumpstarts & No-Start Conditions

A successful jumpstart attempt does not guarantee battery, alternator, starter, or electrical system health. If a vehicle fails to start due to underlying mechanical or electrical failure, additional repairs may be required.
 

Parts & Recommendations

Recommended services are based on technician observations at the time of inspection. Customers may decline recommended repairs or maintenance at their own discretion.
 

Limited Liability

Avia Mobile Auto is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or third parties

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Missed appointments or indirect damages

  • Mechanical breakdowns unrelated to services performed

  • Personal belongings left inside vehicles

  • Existing vehicle defects or failures




     

Section 3: Service Area, Travel & Payments
 

Service Area

We are based in Omaha, Nebraska and primarily service Omaha and surrounding areas.

Standard Service Area

  • Omaha

  • Papillion

  • La Vista

  • Ralston

  • Bellevue

  • Elkhorn

  • Gretna

  • Bennington

  • Chalco
     

Extended Service Area

Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our primary coverage zone depending on distance, technician availability, and service type.

Service outside the Omaha metro area may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
 

After-Hours Service

An after-hours surcharge may apply for services scheduled during late night or early morning hours.

Emergency roadside requests may receive priority scheduling depending on technician availability.
 

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Mobile Payment Apps

We reserve the right to require partial or full payment before certain services, parts orders, specialty diagnostics, long-distance dispatches, or after-hours requests.

Returned payments, chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or intentional nonpayment may result in collections activity, recovery fees, administrative charges, and refusal of future service.
